I have been using Yoin Again products for years. Read the articles in theirs library. Know what you are taking and why. Young Again always promotes proper doses and does not sell dangerously high recommended amounts like other companies do. You can trust them and the quality of theirs products. It matters!
Quercetin is one of several strong antioxidants that I take to support eye health as well as other parts of my body. I do believe in its efficacy.
I have used Quercetin for a while now during the Fall and Winter months and feel it has helped my immune system.
Eyes are fine.
