Using the Pregnenolone has made a noticeable difference in memory and cognitive functions.
It is not you, my functional mediine doctor prescribed it, however my body due to major gut biome and other factors did what is called the cortisol steal. Hence my body converted the precursor to cortisol. And I gained 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I had to stop, but with proper intervention I will try again in a proper lower dose and with controls.
