I have tried other DIM supplements but this is the purest and best. I say that because for lack of better words the proof is in the pee. I can tell my body absorbs this DIM well. No other product I have tried has done this. The carrier additives other companies add to their DIM are useless. I take this with olive oil first thing in the morning. Shipping was fast.
