Shipping Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped no later than the next business day.
Domestic Orders
We ship domestic orders by First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the size of order. It usually takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to deliver depending on the destination, however sometimes it can take longer especially to outside of continental US.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be available once your order ships. You will receive an email confirmation from Stamps.com containing your tracking number.
International Orders
International orders - We ship by US postal service only to the following countries: Australia, Canada, and Japan. We ship by Air Mail only. It may take up to 30 business days for delivery. In some cases, delivery time may exceed 30 business days. Customs authorities have the right to deny or delay delivery of any package. We do not and cannot guarantee delivery of orders outside the U.S. Please be aware your customs may charge you import duty. Although it rarely happens, if customs loses, seizes or misplaces your order it is not our responsibility. Once an international order is mailed it is your responsibility to receive it. We cannot anticipate or estimate country specific duties, tariffs and taxes that may apply to your order. It is your responsibility to research and understand these fees and pay them once levied. To avoid long delays in delivering your package, or a package being returned to us, please ensure your international address information is correct and includes a telephone number for the delivery carrier to contact you should there be an issue in transit. If any package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because you refused the package, or for any other reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible for our shipping cost for the return and reshipment of the package. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please do not order DHEA outside of the US. Please limit any other hormone to 2 jars/bottles of the same kind. We will not honor orders that do not follow these instructions.
Address Errors
We cannot change delivery addresses after an order has been submitted. We work with our shipping partners to resolve address issues, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if your address was incorrectly entered at checkout. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. Shipping fees are non-refundable and you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the Post Office or UPS has verified they delivered the package to your address we are not responsible for its theft. To protect your package from theft, always ship to a secure location and track your package so you know approximately when it will arrive. We cannot be responsible for stolen packages.
